1. Eat, Eat and Eat
What if we say, eat whatever you want and you can still lose the weight. Yes. The new ways of losing fat does not stop you from having your favorite food. But, by adapting a few simple ways can greatly reduce your weight.
- Eat what you like, but in intervals. Eat to burn fat! Experts’ advice to eat eight to six meals a day. This is because for every calorie you ingest, your body uses some to burn what you are eating. And more meal means less stored fat.
- Chew what you eat properly. Each bite should be chewed well atleast 35 times, till it dissolves in your mouth completely.
- It takes 20 minutes for our brain to recognize whether your stomach is full or not. So, to lose weight, you must eat slowly, for about 20 minutes.
2. Craving isn’t good!
Craving for your favorite food is one of the main reasons for gaining weight as it leads to overeating. Controlling your Crave just for 10 minutes can greatly help you reduce your body weight. Once the crucial 10 minutes are over, take a small bite of your favorite pizza and you’ll surely feel satisfied.
3. Don’t forget to DRINK!
It’s just a misconception that excess water causes bloating up. Here is a new mantra of losing weight – Less salt and More Water! Create this simple routine and for sure, maintain it – drink a glass of warm water when you wake up in the morning. It’ll not only help you lose your belly fat, but will also help in proper digestion all the day, avoiding the problems like constipation, indigestion, etc.
4. Choose STAIRS!
Try out this test first:
Try to climb three flights of stairs without getting out of breath. If you do so, you are healthy and fit.
Try out this activity daily and you’ll soon find changes in your body and stamina as well. Take stairs and avoid taking lifts whenever possible. A little bit of exercise is also important.
5. Early to Bed and Early to Rise!
The lifestyle we follow doesn’t allow us to sleep well and on time. But, the truth is that proper sleep is the solution to all the problems. Human bodies are meant to work in the day and rest at night, even our minds need rest for some time. Try to adopt new habit of sleeping a little early and waking up early for sure. This will give you some extra time to plan out your things and work more, which will in some way help you to stay fit and slim.
